How can a sheriff arrest a sex offender already 3 times for failure to register 23 years later and before he can have his day in court?

In reply to Charles P. IF anyone was going to travel to another state, and would really like to know, they could contact a member of the Association For the Treatment of Sexual Abusers, (ATSA), and ask them to put the question on their listserv for someone from the state you are visiting, and you will likely get the answer. Not defending the crazy complex city of the issues involved from state to state, just suggesting a solution if someone really wants it.

The problem is that if America returned to a constitutional justice system and stopped the public registry’s and for life branding how would they continue whipping up the mob frenzy and vigilante justice they depend on to cover the politicians misdeeds? Also how much money would American politicians loose if they no longer allowed for vigilante publishing and branding and news paper propaganda?

It is nearly impossible for a traveler to find the sex offender laws of each state. They are not easy to find online, and some counties have their own laws. One particular county official told me to call to discuss their restrictions while traveling thru their region.
