Another topic to talk about, is the Corey rector win in the Wisconsin supreme Court. The court sided with him, that counts on a conviction does not constitute repeat offenses. The court also agreed that he would not be a lifetime registrant anymore and that he shall be a 15-year registrant. I have contacted my registry specialist and I this is what I got back. ""Hello,

The Department of Corrections was recently made aware of the court’s decision.

We are the in process of gathering more information and will be back in touch with them if this decision affects the length of registration, status of Special Bulletin Notification or being on GPS."""

The doc gave us one week to put on the GPS, and right now they're going to drag their feet to remove it and change us back to non-sbn, special bulletin notice status. How long can they drag their feet on this and what can I do so I don't have to charge this thing for 3 hours every day. Because now this GPS on my ankle is illegal. Thanks
