On this weeks episode, we went into great detail regarding the recent decision in Colorado regarding the punitive nature of the registry. The attorney, Alison Ruttenberg did a fantastic job. The judge that heard the case ruled in our favor. This is the result of the appeal that was filed in the 10th Circuit. A unanimous decision was reached by the 3 judge panel. It is a dispiriting decision.
