Read the Transcript of RM132: I May Be Guilty of Murder, But It Was Justified

This weeks episode covers the situation in Omaha, Nebraska where a man murdered a Person Forced to Register. He has admitted to the crime. There is an overwhelming amount of support for his pardon or acquittal. An actual jury could go to deliberation and find the man not guilty. This is crazy! James Fairbanks went to Mattieo Condoluci house and pulled a gun on him and killed him right there in his front door.

I have to say I would have liked to continue to promote and listen to your broadcast. Unfortunately I cannot. You have swung too far left for me. Take for instance the constant Trump/Republican/Barr/Rush bashing, rarely if ever a democrat(God like status) This weeks broadcast highlights The NY Times three times, CNN, The Washington Post and a bunch of other left leaning news sources. NO conservative sources, none! Besides being all on the least watched, least read news sources, perhaps the truth is somewhere in between the left and right. Being blind is only seeing one side. Farewell.

I’m sorry you feel that way.
The design of the podcast has never been to be partisan. The articles selected merely create the idea of the subject, and provide a basic backdrop of information.
By all means, if you feel that Breitbart, or Fox has covered these issues more accurately, feel free to submit your news source of choice.
We have a Discord server with a channel to submit stories. You’re welcome to use that method, or submit stories via email.
I would challenge you to decide that just because we picked NYT as a source of a story, does that enrage you just for using the publication?
We use a few methods of acquiring stories:
Google keyword alerts for terms like ‘sex offender’, ‘stranger danger’ and some others.
Subscriptions to private lists related to criminal defense
      User submitted stories
And you didn’t use a real email address for me to send you personal correspondence. Go that
      Best wishes

I agree with NARSOL advocate, stopped listening to you guys some time ago. although I believe some republicans should not be trusted I don’t think the democrats could be trusted at all with there radical views. I would not vote for them as dogcatchers period! I am sick and tired of there so-called wokeness and the lies they put out there. And I am so sick and tired of listening to your partner spread left-wing propaganda for the communist or Marxist left-wing nutjobs we are getting screwed by!

You’re probably right. I guess you shouldn’t troll the comments section of a podcast you don’t listen to that is trying to provide tools and ideas on how to fight the registry. Let me know if you get that insight from any other program out there.
      Peace my friend

Keep up the good work ! Its one of the only podcast that makes comments on things that matter and encourages RSO to advocate for themselves. While I understand the left vs. right, I barely hear other parties discuss things in intimate details. One side claims nothing is wrong and the other side says these things are going on. Somewhere in the middle things must meet or else you will get to hear far out opinions. This is one of the many reasons of why things are going on and suggestions on defunding etc is being done. Thats because one side refuses to see or listen to the other. NARSOL advocate you should stay and listen. If it was not for your site, I would not have found this.
BTW – Does Andy have the right to air his views? Isn’t that is what his podcast is about? I have heard other horrible podcast regarding RSOs that opined to have RSO put to the chair and they are never cured, etc…

Found your podcast from NARSOL. Am looking for a good text based discussion forum. I’m an SO on supervised release banned from internet access by my PO. My usage here is a violation and I’m faking my name. My special supervised release conditions ordered by the judge allow internet access as long as it’s monitored. The district parole office has a hard-line policy refusing all monitoring except special cases. I’m looking for help in how best to write my judge to request intervention over the PO.
