    Most states do not comply w the AWA as Andy stated.

    As of April 2014, the Justice Department reports that 17 states, three territories and 63 tribes had substantially implemented SORNA (Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act) requirements of the federal Adam Walsh Act. https://www.ncsl.org/research/civil-and-criminal-justice/adam-walsh-child-protection-and-safety-act.aspx
