RM214: Court Says “FYP” Is Protected Speech

We’ve got a case out of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. The name is Matthew Wood v. Chad Eubanks and a huge list of other names. This isn’t directly “registry” related, but it’s a First Amendment issue that seemed important to dive into. We also discuss an issue of Internet restrictions while on supervision in Ohio.
